I,m sat here thinking, Face Book is not really me but I like to see what the kids are upto, its a link into their lives and makes them seem less remote. Thinking I could do with somthing more my style and then I remembered my blog, Dennis my son already subscribes to it and I could let Tarina have the address in US and she could see what Alan and I are upto, so here I am writing again in my little blog diary.
Danny one of my grandson's has just left, he comes to be fed and to scrounge a few bob, we'v just had a long talk about college and smoking and things, he has a lovely smile and gives amazing hugs, we are planning to visit Bristol as soon as my son and his family move to there in September.
The re-jigging of my garden is underway, Alan is busy painting fences ready for the winter and the fairytale theme I want for my garden is coming along nicely.Twilight in the garden is beautiful especially if the birds are late to bed. It's usually the blackbirds that keep me company. This little fellow looks like a finch to me does anybody agree, the reason I ask is because when he gets lost (he's only a baby) the mother blackbird comes for him.
And this is Alan diligently painting out the rust coloured fence with a subtle green.
