Spring is well on the way, this is the cherry tree in the garden next to mine, it must spread 20 foot or more. The blossom is amazing, even when it falls it is so lovely, puts me in mind of spring weddings.
The vegetables are coming through, they have only been in a couple of weeks but are already reaching for the sun. There are tiny peaches on the tree and the Angelica has decided to flower, cant wait to see just what....and how big.....the flower is.
Each spring I am amazed at the new growth....the new beginings....and with this in mind I have brightened up my blog with a new template

Friends

It's so good to have friends, but don't we take them for granted. My very best friend has been in hospital three and a half months, she has had some kind of mental breakdown.
Last week I was honoured that on her first "away day" she chose to come to my house, her daughter brought her, we had lunch and a chat, she was there a couple of hours in all and why I thank God for her slow recovery she wasn't the same person I knew last year. My heart was saddened to find the soul had been knocked out of her, there was no laughter in her eyes, just a sorrow. She may be allowed home soon, It's what she wants more than anything. It will be good for her to feel the sun on her face.
